Full Planning Package

Main Services start upon booking

Ideal for those who would love every detail of their special event produced by us.  You may be a busy working professional and don’t want your limited free time to be filled with planning your event and creating anxiety.  Our Full Planning package eliminates this and allows us to do the work while you still call the shots. We will walk you through the planning process and support you every step of the way.  Your vision and ideas will be masterfully executed and your event will be a lovely reflection of you. This package includes all that is offered in the Partial Planning package as well as the following highlights:

  • Attending all meetings with potential or booked vendors

  • Assistance and advice with colors, style, and wedding design

  • Tracking RSVPs


Partial Planning Package

Main services begin six months before your event

Ideal for those who have a venue booked, a few vendors locked down and an event vision but need guidance booking more vendors and turning their event vision into a reality.  We’ll review what’s been done and set a plan and be your partner in closing out all remaining tasks, working closely starting six months before your big day to ensure all details and to-dos are handled!  This package includes all that is offered in the Day Of Coordination package as well as the following highlights:

  • Vendor recommendations

  • Coordination and attendance of final vendor meetings

  • Monthly coordination meetings

  • Budget management

  • Hotel room block facilitation

Wedding Management Package

Main services begin three months before your event

Our version of the “Day-of Coordination” service is ideal for those who have planned and booked the core details on their own, but would love assistance finalizing and handling the last details and day of execution of the event.  We play a supportive and consulting role upon booking and during the initial process to align expectations and understanding, and then at three months out we step in to handle all organization and logistics in the final stages of your big day.  Highlights include:

  • Access to a fully customizable online planning, design, and budgeting tools package

  • Detailed day of timeline

  • Seating charts and floor plans

  • Vendor coordination

  • Rehearsal and day of coordination
